Property management company's dog breed policy riles dog owners
Dog owners have complained to a property management company about a policy that appears to forbid certain breeds from its rental properties. The breeds included dobermans, rottweilers, bull mastiffs and any dogs required by the Dog Control Act to wear a muzzle. (Source: Stuff.co.nz)

Tenancy Tribunal orders renters out of Auckland apartment tower
Tenants living in a downtown Auckland high-rise apartment with stunning waterfront views have been kicked out after they stole toilet paper and breached lockdown rules. The landlord applied to the Tribunal for an order ending the tenancy on the grounds of anti-social behaviour from the tenant or someone on the premises with the tenant's permission.
